Fees and Scholarships

Fee Structure

SVC Contribution: The tuition fees of Satya Vachan Seminary are highly subsidized, with Satya Vachan Church bearing many of the costs.

Work Scholarship: All students are required to participate in all assigned work (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) to contribute towards their “Work Scholarship.”

Family & Sending Church Contribution: The sending church of the student and the student’s family are encouraged to contribute towards the student’s fees.

Tuition Fees: The subsidized annual tuition fee is ₹60,000, which can be paid annually, quarterly, or monthly.

Pocket Money: In addition to the tuition fees, churches, and families also need to consider the student’s living expenses. This includes pocket money for personal expenses, local transportation costs, stationery supplies, and toiletries.

  • The recommended monthly pocket money for single students is ₹5,000 per month. This pocket money includes daily expenses such as medical, stationary, books, local conveyance, toiletries, personal care, giving, and miscellaneous expenses.
  • The recommended monthly pocket money for married students is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on the family size. This pocket money includes daily expenses such as house rent, food, child care, medical, stationary, books, local conveyance, toiletries, personal care, giving, and miscellaneous expenses. This would be sufficient for basic housing and living expenses.
